Agreement to These Terms

Your Responsibility to Keep Credentials Secure

Void Bets and Abandoned Events

A bet may be declared void in the following circumstances: the event is abandoned or postponed and does not resume within 24 hours of the original scheduled start time; the event is determined to have been subject to match-fixing or any form of corruption; a technical error resulted in the publication of materially incorrect odds; or the player placed the bet after the event outcome was already known (late betting). Void bets will be refunded in full at the original stake amount, and any associated bonus wagering contribution will be reversed.

Termination by bk9999

bk9999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspicion of fraud or money laundering, failure to complete required KYC verification, chargebacks initiated by the account holder, or any behaviour that bk9999 reasonably considers harmful to the integrity of its platform or other players.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach by the player, any verified and withdrawable balance at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Voluntary Closure

You may close your bk9999 account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within five business days. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled according to their normal outcome; any remaining withdrawable balance will be returned to your registered payment method after all standard checks have been completed.

Dispute Resolution

Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a court or competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely achieves the original intent of the severed clause.
